Dwayne has been the lead pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, NC. He is also a member of the Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. Dwayne In addition to being a pastor, is passionate about training up the younger generation. He is a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is the author of numerous online publications as well as co-author on Christ Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids along together with his wife Leslie.
