Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13th 1962) is an American actress. Sheedy made her debut as an actor in Bad Boys in 1983. In the years since, she's appeared in WarGames in 1985, The Breakfast Club in 1986 and Short Circuit in 1986. The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actor. Ally Sheedy has been an American writer and actor for more than twenty years. Her movie career started in early 1980s when she starred as a character actress for the crime-drama film, Bad Boys. The film of Rick Rosenthal also featured Sean Penn as well as Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. Her debut success led her to make an appearance in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama in 1985. The movie was directed by John Hughes is considered one of the greatest high school films ever made. It was produced for just $1,000,000, but the film made over 50 million dollars. While appearing in CBS Schoolbreak, which was also her television debut. In April of 1980, it became an adolescent show. She also appeared on other TV series such as Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. Her most recent performances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story about a female superhero where Sheedy appears in a cameo. Her incredible performances have earned numerous accolades, such as her MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
