Suzy Kolber (born Suzanne Lisa Kolber) was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on the 14th of May 1964. Her parents are Jewish. Suzy Kolber is currently aged around 58. Sandra Kolber was her mother, and Gene Kolber was her father. She went to Sandy Run Middle School in Dresher Pennsylvania and is a 1982 alumni of Penn's Upper Dublin High School. She graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in telecommunications in 1986 from the University of Miami. While in her undergrad years she was offered the position of sports director with Dynamic in Coral Gables Florida. Aside from that, she also worked at the company for two more seasons between 1984 and 1986. In this time she was also a part of the water ski team in The University of Miami. Plaza started her career in Wilmington doing community theater, doing improv as well as acting in productions. Following high school, she relocated towards New York City where she attended improv courses at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and trained in television and film production at the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts graduating in 2006. When she graduated of high school, she moved to New York City where she attended improv courses at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. In addition, she was a film and TV production student at Tisch School of the Arts. She graduated in 2006.
